If you’re ready to build your future but aren’t sure where to start, this program gives you the opportunity to explore careers, develop professional skills, and gain real-world experience before making long-term career decisions.

Develop communication, teamwork, professionalism, interview skills, digital literacy, and job search tools that help you stand out.
Tour workplaces, connect with employers, participate in networking opportunities, and gain hands-on experience before committing to a career direction.
After completing the workshop series, you’ll move into a six-week paid career exploration placement with a local employer.
This isn’t just work experience. It’s an opportunity to test a career path, build professional connections, gain practical workplace skills, and identify what type of work is right for you.
