Who can use our services?

Our services are available to job seekers who are legally entitled to work in Canada, including people who are unemployed, underemployed, changing careers, returning to work, or exploring training options.

How can an Employment Coach help me?

An Employment Coach works with you to clarify your goals, strengthen your résumé, prepare for interviews, explore career or training options, and connect you to local employers and opportunities. You are in control — we support your journey.

Do EEC services cost anything?

No. All Employment Ontario services are completely free to job seekers.

What if I'm not sure what to do next?

That’s okay — and very common. Book an appointment! We can help you explore career options, assess your skills and interests, and build a plan for the future.

Do I have to be receiving E.I.?
No. Many people who use Employment Ontario support are not receiving EI.
What is Employment Ontario?
Employment Ontario is a provincial program that provides free employment and training services to people like you who are looking for work or a career change. Services are delivered by trusted local providers, like us, right here in your community.
